The Minnesota Wings Motorcycle Club originated in the Twin Cities area in 1983. Presently this organization has a membership which exceeds 400 members in 7 chapters throughout the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. The chapters are: Central(St. Cloud area), Little Falls(Little Falls area), Midwest(Hutchinson area), North Metro(Northern suburbs and Metro area), Southern(Mankato area), Twin Cities(Metropolitan area), and Twin Ports(Duluth, Superior Range area, N. Shore).

State Director's Message

September has arrived. Summer is all but over and with it the riding season. Davis Rally is Sept 5-7. A good time to see some vendors and get end of season deals. Some of the ride schedules end in September, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get together and ride when weather permits.

September brings Chapter Elections. Support your chapter by running for an office. By serving as an officer you can help make the club better. Thank you to all of last year’s officers. It was an honor to work with you on the issues that faced the club this year. Your support is greatly appreciated.

With Fall approaching, the leaves start to fall. They can be very slippery when wet so be careful out there. With the sun setting earlier, it is starting to get cooler at night. Be sure you bring the proper riding gear with you, so you can change as the weather does.

The State Board Meeting is Oct 11, 2008 at noon in Cambridge. This will be my last State Board Meeting as State Director as my term ends at this meeting. There will be an election for new State Director. Think about who you want to run the State for the next 2 years. Contact your State Delegate with your suggestion.
