Highlights from the October State Board Meeting (Held in Mora on Oct 18th, 2025)
At our recent State Board Meeting, two important votes took place that will help guide our club’s future:

1. Summer Get-Together Insurance Coverage
We voted to continue pursuing an umbrella-type insurance policy to cover our Summer Get-Together rides. If no reasonable or affordable policy can be secured, the board also voted to move forward with hosting the weekend without insurance coverage. This decision allows us to keep our tradition alive while continuing to explore responsible options for the future.

2. State Dues Increase (Effective January 2026)
To help maintain club operations and support statewide activities, the board voted to raise state-level dues beginning in January 2026.
Previous Dues: $6.00 for Single / $8.00 for Rider & Co-Rider
New Dues (2026): $13.00 for Single / $21.00 for Rider & Co-Rider
This adjustment ensures that MN Wings can continue offering quality events, resources, and support for our members across the state.

Even though the riding season is slowing down, there are still opportunities to enjoy crisp fall rides and start planning for the 2026 season. Be sure to check the MN Wings Event Calendar often for chapter activities and statewide updates.

Winter Mixer 2026 – Save the Date!
The Winter Mixer is just around the corner, and we’re excited to gather and catch up with everyone. Here are the details: The Next State Board Meeting to be held during the Winter Mixer.
