The Minnesota Wings Motorcycle Club originated in the Twin Cities area in 1983. Presently this organization has a membership which exceeds 400 members in 7 chapters throughout the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. The chapters are: Central(St. Cloud area), Little Falls(Little Falls area), Midwest(Hutchinson area), North Metro(Northern suburbs and Metro area), Southern(Mankato area), Twin Cities(Metropolitan area), and Twin Ports(Duluth, Superior Range area, N. Shore).

State Director's Message

Thank you Little Falls!!! The campout was great. A lot of people were there and while I didn’t make the ride I heard it was a nice ride. The campground was nice, except for the odor the wafted through on occasion. Thank you to all who attended.

The newsletter issue has caused contention amongst the membership. We have been asking for almost 2 years for someone to step up and run the newsletter. No one has come forward who is willing or able to do the job. This will be the last newsletter that Tippy is doing. One option offered has been an electronic version. The content will be the same, except it will be downloaded from the website. Members will not be receiving anything less; just the delivery will be different. While some chapters see this as a workable solution, a couple of chapters are totally against it. I have been open to suggestions, but none have been offered. If anyone has any suggestion, contact me immediately so we can we implement something in time for the August newsletter.

The State Rally is coming up in July. If you haven’t registered, do so soon. Southern Wings is working hard on this event. This promises to be another great event.
